I have heard recently of some problems with the rt5370 driver but have been unable to locate any definitive info on it. Are you using the latest Raspbian? It should "just work". Try a fresh install of Raspbian on a different uSD card. Well... "it should just work" obviously isn't working for me, he...

my issue was, iptables for whatever reason had 0.0.0.0 instead of my LOCALIP, as soon as I changed that, everything start to work!)

I was not able to see anything but 3 entries: one from wpa_supplicant for group rekeying and other two is from dhclient.

So, I just downloaded image and dd it to my SD card...

yet when I tried to boot it through Pi, I'm getting following message:

Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found. Try passsing init= option to kernel See Linux Documentation/init.txt for guidance

any ideas?
