Re: The screen is 'sliding' ( gap between screen and bezel )

I got my display about two weeks ago (on Sept 22nd). Got a stand on the following Sunday and set the display in this (its not the picture frame stand). About a week later, I've noticed mine has started to slide as well.. its not as bad as the pictures here, but this seems to be an issue.. To my know...

Re: Issues with Pi Cam and Pi Display? (solved)

The funny story is I just got the official touchscreen this week... However, when I initially re-installed raspbian, I liked the way the screen sat on my desk without a stand (the way I had originally mounted my raspberry PI -- it was able to balance nicely on the GPIO). But I've adapted to the new ...

Re: Case/Stand for the Official Touchscreen?

I am also seeking a case/stand for the Official touchscreen -- preferably shipped from the US.
Is there a way to only buy a stand or frame? -- I already have the Official Touchscreen from MCM.

Re: keyboard won't work!

I'm haven problems with most of my usb keyboards working. I've had to use a powered usb 1.0 hub, with a very basic logitech usb keyboard and a dell mouse to get either to work. The keyboard input is very laggy from my tests as well. This is certainly something that needs to be worked on for future b...

Re: Deploying simple projects takes a long time (2 min+)?

I agree, deploying a small HelloWorld project to the RPi2 takes a long amount of time. It does not seem to matter if the host win10 machine is on WiFi or a wired (LAN) connection. Hopefully Microsoft can improve this process in future IoT builds.

Re: Can't remote login

I must admit, I had a really hard time getting remote PowerShell to connect properly.
Using Enter-PsSession -ComputerName myrpi -Credential myrpi\Administrator ended up fixing my issues though.

I finally got this working and can confirm jwplayer has a nasty 5-6 second delay whereas strobemediaplayer does not.

Re: Streaming Raspberry Pi Camera H264 into HTML over RTMP

I cannot, for the life of me get this to work correctly. I've managed to troubleshoot it down to issues either with the Crtmpserver or jwplayer. Any clues how I can troubleshoot the two? I've tried to use rtmpdump, but even this doesn't work for me. FFMeg is able to dump to a flv file that vlc can o...

Re: Camera Board freezes, is it broken?

I had this happen to me today. It scared me quite a bit as I thought I might have managed to kill my camera board. In the end, it turned out to be a cable issue.. Make sure both ends of the flex cable are seated correctly (it ships with attached to the camera board -- this connection should be fine,...

thanks for the information, I was wondering how this would be accomplished. I have HDMI Monitor, but it is shared with my primary desktop. Headless would be a lot easier.

Re: Anyone in the US get a ship date from Newark (Element/14

Figured I'd chip in and say I have received my Pi order from Newark. They sent me two emails while I was on vacation last week, one with an invoice of $43.33 ($5.00 S&H; $3.33 tax) and another with a UPS Tracking number that got delivered today (05/30). Order number: 910081740 I can't remember what ...
