Re: how to install wiringpi2?

how to set pwm frequency by using WringPi2?

hi guys,y
i used to write a pwm program with RPi.GPIO, i find the duty cycle is not controllable when the frequency of pwm is higher than 2kHz,so i tired to use WringPi2 to do that.I find some examples, but none of them show how to set the frequency of pwm.
So i tried to find some help here.PLZ

Re: rise time of GPIOs output

It will depend on the load, especially the capacitance. Unfortunately even if you tell me that I still can't give you a good answer. I think GPIOs can be toggled at 100MHz. If that is correct the rise time would be less than 10 ns. Thanks for you answer! I need to build a square wave generator ,and...

hi,i want to use raspberry pi to control some mosfets, then change a DC voltage to a Square wave. i plan yo use "GPIO.HIGH and GPIO.LOW" to be the control signal, now i would love to know, whats the rise time of the output voltage by using "GPIO.HIGH"? because i don't have Oscilloscope,i cant test it.....

...but my program is just a gg.py document, how to use "@..." with .py document? The "@" is just a convention used by LXDE (which Raspbian uses as it's desktop environment). If you notice from the other entries in the autostart file, all of them have an @ at the beginning. So, when in Rome... so emm...
