Hello There, Which menu are you using? If you right click on the loud speaker icon on the panel menu, you will see a list eg. analogue, HDMI, and at the bottom of these items you should see your bluetooth item which you can then select. I hope this helps you. Regards, David.

Use command :-

sudo apt update

(instead of sudo apt-get update)

This will provide a "y" prompt which you can then accept and continue as normal.
