button interfacing

hi
i am going to interface the button with raspi model b the code is
import RPi.GPIO as GPIO
import time

GPIO.setmode(GPIO.BCM)

but it give me the following error
attribute error: module object has no attribute setmode
what the problem is and how to solve it please?

They are not bash commands, they are passed as parameters. e.g. to take a capture at a different resolution. raspistill -t 2000 -o image.jpg -w 640 -h 480] There are some good examples here >>> http://aga.gr/2013/10/13/raspberry-pi-camera-module-example-commands/ thanks these commands are woking :D

commond? How are you running raspistill? It's a command line command. Try, for example, --width (not -width). Two dashes. See: raspistill --help i use it with two dashes but gives "invalid commond error" --sharpness --contrast --saturation NOT WORKING :cry: i am using this as raspistill --width

I don't think any others are exposed on the Gpu, but you could use a software codec on the arm if using a Pi2 or Pi3, but thereay be limits on resolution and framerate.

Did you check for the script name as 6by9 suggested?
