Re: How to setup Minecraft 1.12 on Raspberry Pi 3

Thanks for the info. Tried it, no go.

The specific error is "No OpenGL Context found in the current thread"

Any other suggestions?

Re: How to setup Minecraft 1.12 on Raspberry Pi 3

So you want to run Minecraft on the PI through VNC while on your PC? Why don't you just... play it on your PC? I do play on my PC - I use the RPi as an AFK machine for farms and whatnot while i'm at work. It works really well this way, I can even VNC in from my phone to check on things. Issue is, i...

Re: How to setup Minecraft 1.12 on Raspberry Pi 3

This is awesome! I'm trying to take this yet a step further, but keep getting frustrated. What i'm trying to do is set up a headless login on my Pi that i can access via VNC for AFK'ing and the like. This works great when i have an HDMI cable plugged in; I VNC in, fire up the client, connect to my s...

Re: How to setup Minecraft 1.8.9 on RaspPi2

I was able to get to the main menu on 1.9.4 with (and without) optifine installed. When I try and create new world, it hangs. Re: Mail not working

Thank you for your response. I tried everything you suggested, still no dice: pi@POS20003:~ $ sudo apt-get install postfix Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Package postfix is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean t...

Re: Mail not working

Thanks for the reply. While I'm not sure if I have the right repos defined, I'm pretty sure I do. /etc/apt/sources.list= deb http://mirrordirector.raspbian.org/raspbian/ jessie main contrib non-free rpi # Uncomment line below then 'apt-get update' to enable 'apt-get source' #deb-src http://archive.r...

Mail not working

Mail wont' work on my new Pi. I'm probably just doing it wrong, but I can't seem to install any packages on my Raspberry Pi 3. I'm pretty familiar with Debian, as I've been running 3 - Pogoplugs for a few years with little to no issue. One of them finally gave up on me, so i replaced it with a Pi3 B...
