Thanks @codeclubdave , our Code Clubbers loved the Blender snowman project and were keen to continue at home with the next projects (adding snowman colour, animating a snow scene). I've found the Lightbot project goes down well, it starts off really simply but steps up quickly and you really have to think in the later levels when the solution involves a couple of procedures. I also run a Code Club with no internet access so there I've found the Minecraft and Star Wars projects...

I do the same as @jreast with a teacher account and unidentifiable student usernames. We pull up the Username Generator at the first session to randomly pick their username but we don't actually run through that project then as they're a bit too new at that stage. I did think it would be a good last...

It'd be a pity not to use Trinket as it's fab for Python and Sense HAT projects too further down the line too. If accounts are a real stumbling point you can use Trinket without logins before and there are a couple of ways that the students can get back to their projects. 1) They could download them...
