Re: 10" LCD LVDS bundle with capacitive touchscreen and ambi

Thank you very much for the photo JF!
Have you tried this: http://www.chalk-elec.com/?p=1702 ?

Thank you for sharing photos JF002!
Could you post a photo of the back of the screen? Are there mounting holes?

Re: Tx20 anemometer + raspberry

If I connect that board on my raspi, could I damage the digital pin on gpio?
What am I to check before?

Tx20 anemometer + raspberry

Hi at all, I'm thinking about reading the wind velocity / wind direction from a TX20 anemometer plugged into the Raspi. Now, here it is the communication protocol: (http://www.john.geek.nz/2011/07/la-crosse-tx20-anemometer-communication-protocol/). Here there is the wiring schema of an Arduino proje...

Re: Relay control with gpio

Why I have to join Pi's GND with the GND of the power supply? I dont't understand..

Have you joined your board's ground (external supply) with the Pi's ground?
no, i forgot it. is this the problem? I'll try as soon as possible...

Re: Relay control with gpio

Thank's for the replies.
I've already checked the gpio pins with a multimeter: if I type high, the voltage between gnd and the pin is a correct value (I don't remember the value exactly)
Maybe there is a spefic command?

Re: Relay control with gpio

You need to provide more information to allow people to help you. For example: - 1. Did you build it from a kit? 2. How have you wired it up (e.g. a list of from -> to)? 3. What software or commands have you used to a) configure the pin as a GPIO output, and b) set the value of the pin's output? Yo...

Relay control with gpio

Hi!
I've bought these relay boards: http://shop.ciseco.co.uk/kit-relay-boar ... lso-10amp/
How can I get these working with my raspi board? I tried to set one gpio pin to high, but nothing happened! Where am I wrong?
Thank you in advance!

Re: MCP23S17 as I/O expander?

Great job nsc, a very cheap way to use an expansion board!
Could the MCP23017 support also analog inputs?

Re: Weather Pi

Thank's for the reply.
What about this: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2812? :?:
What is the minimum interval that can i set with oww/owfs? For example, can i set 1 second interval for the anemometer and 30 sec for the rest of the sensors?

Re: Weather Pi

Hi, the hobby-boards anemometer uses an anemometer board with this features: - DS2423 counter for wind speed or general counting purposes. - DS2438 A/D for wind direction or general A/D purposes. I saw that the first one w1retap can support it, but no info regarding the second one? It's still suppor...

great project! I'll wait the Tutorial!
I'm curious, can I extend the lenght of the wire until 60 meters?
Thanks in advance,
