Re: NXEngine for Raspberry Pi (updated release!)

NXEngine-evo is basically a version with a whole lot of extra features, such as support for music from Cave Story+, widescreen support, etc. I'm honestly fine with the original.

NXEngine for Raspberry Pi (updated release!)

Hey, people! I noticed that the downloads for the Raspberry Pi version of NXEngine were broken and the source code for the latest version was missing, so I took some time to rewrite it from scratch. Improvements over the original: Compatible with both the desktop and headless environments Here is th...

Re: Cavestory (NXEngine) fixed for Raspberry Pi

Hello there, Here I bring you a new Cave Story version for the Raspberry Pi, with threaded audio to avoid stalls in previous versions. It also uses the included libSDL version wich is compiled with a DISPMANX backend, so it's smooth (no tearing) because it uses double-buffer + vsync and full screen...

Re: OneShot on the Raspberry Pi 2 & 3

I don't want to argue with you in public, because it is your tutorial, but I thought I had demonstrated that it was necessary to cd into the cloned directory tree? (Because hg import only makes sense in a directory that is under hg version control.) Oh, I was just helping out @DatKiko because he as...

Seems like the repo was updated and the patch broke. I will see if I can update the patch when I have time.

OneShot on the Raspberry Pi 2 & 3

After a couple of days working on this, I have managed to get OneShot (the Steam version ) working full speed on the Raspberry Pi using the experimental OpenGL driver. :D *DISCLAIMER* : I have only tested this on a Raspberry Pi 3, so this might be a little slower on a Raspberry Pi 2. Step 1: Install...

Re: OpenGL Driver screen issues

Well, hopefully you get that fixed soon since I don't have the resources nor time to get a new monitor... In that case, I would strongly recommend you just don't try to run the OpenGL desktop driver. We've never claimed that it is finished and ready to use - far from it - that's why it is very clea...

And to prevent it from refusing to boot when enabling, I had to not immediately reboot but to shutdown instead.

OpenGL Driver screen issues

I'm having some issues when enabling the OpenGL driver. When enabling then after rebooting, the edges of the screen spill over... Any ideas? (Guess I know why they call it "experimental"...)

Change Forum Username

Is there a way I can change my forum username?
I need to cut down the amount of usernames I have and cut down confusion between my RPI forum, GitHub, and my RetroPie forum accounts.

Yay! One step closer to Undertale on Raspberry Pi!
All we need is a RPI export module and a official Linux release!
(P.S. There is already an unofficial port to Linux...)
