Can you point me to a compatible pre installed noobs micros card as i can't find one that has the correct software version and it states it is compatible with the rpi 2. thanks Daniel I haven't seen one, either. The primary source of these, element14, does not seem to have them available for shippi...

I think Dhouha is probably asking what kind of card he needs to buy, so as to be sure it will work with his Pi. The docs on the main site say this: SD card size. Thanks, ShiftPlusOne -- I'm using a borrowed MacBook Pro that appears to have a card reader. From what've read here, I guess I'll need to reformat the SD card as a blank card before installing the download -- or can I drag and drop?

New Pi B2, older version of NOOBS

I've ordered a pre-formatted SD card from Adafruit that, I believe, ships with NOOBS 1.3.9. I see the latest version in "Downloads" is 1.3.12. Will this be a problem, or will I be able to boot Raspbian and then update?
