Hey I've tried using qemu, but I keep getting an error in the Debian install, saying it can't detect any drives. Anybody got any ideas?

Just wondering, cant you just use this (http://www.amazon.ca/HDMI-VGA-.....B003OE7UES) on the rpi. It only costs $9.00

Well say I got a rpi with no sd card. If i downloaded the ARM linux and copied it to the card, won't it need drivers for the network adapter or such?
