<r>Following on from my previous post, it would appear that the Belkin adapter has the chip inside to convert from the signal from USB to serial as mentioned in this review:<br/> <br/> <URL url="http://www.dabs.com/products/b.....-3BB3.html">http://www.dabs.com/products/b.....-3BB3.html</URL><br/> <...

I forgot that I was having mine delivered to my home address, rather than work. Luckily UPS sent me an e-mail saying that I had the missed the delivery. Rang them up and collected the R-Pi from their Abingdon depot after work

It's seems from the other thread and from my own experience that they are using UPS for the first batch at least.

It's at a £173 already with 2 days left on the auction!

I don't get it. He/she was at the launch, but isn't into computers?! Someone is out to make a quick buck.

Re: Mounting Options

<r>I'm modding an aluminium case which I bought from China. In order to ensure that the R-Pi doesn't short on the case, I'm going to adhere 2mm thick acrylic sheet, cut to the same size as the board on to the base of the case using 2-pack epoxy. The R-Pi will then be stuck to the acrylic using these...
