I think this can be possible with the Ad-hoc network. An wifi Ad-hoc link is between two (only two) devices where none of them is a AP (access point). You can not have both ad-hoc mode and infrastructure mode on the same wifi adapter at the same time. What you are describing is a V2V or V2X system ...

yeah i know its not a good idea but i just need to connect some other board with it which is moving and then check some security algorithm.
so random board can connect. i just not want to share internet over hotspot.

You mean to say instead of sending a string from client using the .send() function i send the json data to the server and on the server side receive it via recv() function.
