Does SSH work on your Pi @Tavan? Your suggestion worked and my Pi connected to Eduroam, but I can't SSH into it.

Raspbian Buster and Eduroam

Hi, I'm running Raspbian Buster on a Pi 3B, and it won't connect to my university's Eduroam network. The method that worked through wpa_supplicant.conf doesn't work anymore. Any suggestions?

So Raspbian Buster has issues with Pip3? That's disheartening.

Was it even capable of executing x86 Assembly Code? That's the whole reason I got Exagear..... if not are there other ways of compiling x86 Assembly code? I was conducting research for a professor of mine that was looking into possibly transitioning his Assembly classes to run on Raspberry Pi.

Raspbian Stretch Issues and Command Line Advice

Hi, I have just "upgraded" to Raspbian Stretch from Jessie, but I have been having issues so far, could someone please help me? I need to regain the ability to use xrdp (I have removed realvnc already) and also a way for the wpa_gui to become an applet that can stay on the desktop panel (it doesn't ...

So fun thing I've discovered if you're using the Model 3B+ with the official 7" Touch screen, moving the menu bar to the bottom of the screen fixes the sizing problem with the desktop! :D

I got this to work today.
Only thing i did different was
1. used pin 1 (3.3v)
2. Increased the first sleep time from 0.000005 to 0.5

This is using the 3 pin range sensor from radio shack
Ah the Parallax ones! I have one too! How where you able to make yours work with your Pi?

Custom IR Codes

Hi, I've been scouring the internet for some advice on how to create custom IR Codes and having them be recognized by an Infrared Sensor. My project is to have several arduinos transmit to a Raspberry Pi that has IR Sensors on the GPIO Pins, but I need to know how to create custom ID's and message c...

Install HP Officejet 6830

Hi. I am having some trouble finalizing the install of my network (wifi) printer. Using cups, I was given a long list of printers to choose from. The printer list stops at the 7000 series (my printer model is around 2 years old). I went to HP, but the drivers for linux assumes I have Debian 7... I ...

Yes, the DPScope works well. Aimed at the hobbist market , but then thats what I am. Probably more info on the Pixaxe foum. The software is for Windows (sorry about that folks!) I've been agonising for a few weeks about whether to buy a used "great big box" or a brand new "small usb box". In the en...

Ok guys, I did a clean install, and to the guy who posted about the keyboard fix, thank you for that! However, my wi-fi dongle is still not working. Strange that your file appears to change after you have edited it. Not seen that happen on any of my Pi's. The GUI WiFi program re-writes the wpa_supplicant file. So how would I get it to recognize my access point? I've tried every suggestion EngMan gave me, the only thing left I think of wipe my S...
