Re: TP link Archer T2U AC600 not working

Hi AtlasZeroOne, I've downloaded and install the Emlid OS on one of my Pi 2 and looks like you're in luck as it looks like I've found a solution for you. It appears the image includes the 8812au driver for your wifi but that version of the driver does not include the USB ID for your wifi. Seems the ...

Re: (UPDATE) Drivers for TL-WN725N V2 - 3.6.11+ -> 4.xx.xx+

I got drivers running OK on my RasPi 2B, but everytime it reboots, driver does not load automatically, I have to run again "sudo install-wifi" to get wlan0 working properly. How can I solve this? Thanks in advance uname -a Linux raspberrypi-edison 4.19.97-v7+ #1294 SMP Thu Jan 30 13:15:58 GMT 2020 ...

Re: TP link Archer T2U AC600 not working

@MrEngman Can you, please update drivers mt7610 for newer kernel version? Especially for 4.19.66. Thanks a lot Raspbian 4.19 includes the mt7610 wifi driver. You may just need to install the firmware. The firmware files for Raspbian do not include the firmware but you can install the necessary firm...

Re: (UPDATE) Drivers for TL-WN725N V2 - 3.6.11+ -> 4.xx.xx+

MrEngman Your install script worked flawlessly for me, once I found it. I wanted to ask if I could add your script to an 3D Printing Raspbian based image called https://github.com/guysoft/OctoPi It would make setting up non-supported wifi dongles super simple for their users. In order to be able to...

@MrEngman
Thanks for your feedback
I tried kernel 4.19.102 but failed
Can you update the kernel 4.19.97 version (or kernel 4.19.93-re4son)
Thanks
Try now, I've compiled a load more mt7612 drivers for 4.19.xx.

Re: DEXP RTL8192EU Wi-Fi Raspberry pi zero v1.3 how install driver?

I have compiled drivers available here . Find the file that matches the kernel version shown in the output of command uname -a , download and untar then run file ./install.sh to install the driver. As an example on my Pi uname -a shows Linux Pi-3B 4.19.102-v7+ #1295 SMP Thu Feb 6 15:43:59 GMT 2020 a...

I've just set up a Pi 2B with the same OS version you are using and I have a 8192cu wifi dongle, TP-Link TL-WN823N V1, working without problems. I am using Raspbian Lite and made no changes except to update the password for Pi and set up SSH and wpa_supplicant.conf. My wifi config is as I originally...

Re: Unable to connect WiFi with USB dongle RTL8192CU

You are running a rather ancient version of Raspbian however that shouldn't be a problem. I would suggest you set up your wifi config files like these:- /etc/network/interfaces # interfaces(5) file used by ifup(8) and ifdown(8) # Please note that this file is written to be used with dhcpcd # For sta...

If the power (green) LED blinks once and goes off, it's an indication of a power issue.
What are you using for a power supply?

The RED LED is the power LED.

I don't understand why your wifi module doesn't work so I suppose it is possible it is faulty.

With the newer versions of Raspbian on the Pi do not edit file /etc/network/interfaces as this can really mess up the network configuration.
